Wasn't Mickie working for TNA when she had kids? And I honestly do not know, but did TNA tour with 300+ dates a year when she had her child(ren)? So if the WWE would allow Becky to work most to all RAWS only and most to all PPVs, then I can potentially see it. But I cannot see a new mother working the 300+ dates a year.

There is also the fact that her [future] husband is a full time wrestler, so potentially neither parent would be home with the kids.

Why not? Mickie James did it. I’m sure there are others, but she’s the first that comes to mind.

I know they are engaged, my point was about new mothers, and then possibly baby #2 etc.

My main point was that this may be the last we ever get of Becky Lynch as a full time performer in any capacity. In a few years, I can see her coming back for a 1 off, like Beth Phoenix does, but with at least one young child, and potentially more, I cannot see Becky leaving to go on the road.

Also, I know it could happen, of taking the baby on the road, but I just can't see it. I'm sure that Beck and Seth will get married, then potentially baby #2. Becky could come back for a one off match every now and then, but this could be the end of Becky Lynch as a full time wrestler.
I believe they are already engaged so marriage will happen sooner or later.

While there's obviously a personal dimension that might be more important, the wrestling side of it means taking a major chunk of the starpower out of the women's division.

This is obviously inconvenient timing for WWE, but her eventual/possible return will likely be a good story down the line.
Funnily enough, I was just wondering yesterday why we hadn't seen much of Becky recently. Don't think she's been in the ring since Mania.

I see they're making a point of her being on Raw to go face to face with the MitB winner tonight - I wonder if a title loss awaits.

I think Bianca being called up recently will have a huge effect on the Raw women's championship changing hands. The main roster's womens brands aren't fairing all that well in terms of depth, so someone new and credible being called up will likely have a chance to run at the top of the hill.

Though I think Shayna will still get the title from Becky

Guess Lynch has held the belt for more than a year now. Probably won't drop it anytime soon, either.

My point is that Shayna wouldn't need to carry the brand in that way because the Becky/Ronda stuff would be the true focus, with Shayna getting the rub. Make no mistake about it, no matter who ends up as champion, Becky will still be the one doing the mainstream work. She's out there even more than Charlotte. People who are like the Miz, Cena, and Becky are few and far between. So while they get championship runs with that ability in mind, they don't hold those titles hostage. Other people become champion.

    EDIT
As for the main event question, it happens. If you're talking strictly the true last match of WM, the Seth Rollins cash in is technically like this. Before that, Miz vs Rock stands out.

Sounds great, but that still does not answer he question of: Is Baszler ready and capable of being one of the WWE's top champions? Can she handle the press, the talk show spots, and the media coverage?

And when was the last WWE Wrestlemania 'main event' type of match that ended with a run in/Dusty Finish like you are suggesting?

Bayzler vs Becky for the Raw Women's Championship.
Becky looks to be closing in on the win.
Ronda Rousey comes out, interferes, Shayna with the pinfall and title win.
Mainstream build up for Ronda vs Becky sometime down the line.

I must admit, I don't actually know. How much press work do the NXT folk do? They mill around at Axxess a lot on a yearly basis and make up a lot of the signing opportunities, as far as I understand, but it's not like they are repeatedly out there in local programming trying to get people through the door for their shows. I'm sure there was some stuff around the transition to weekly TV, though.

Equally - Brock and The Fiend aren't out there doing a whole load of press work, for obvious reasons. Might be that they feel they can reign it back from Baszler and let Becky/Charlotte handle that side of things moving forward.
