  • Not him either

    1) I am best known for portraying two different ethnic centric characters (and variations thereof).
1a) My first gimmick was a bit of a throwback to the old evil foreigner gimmicks of years past
    2) I wrestled for all four major US promotion I could have during my career.
2a) I am retired and have been since 2014.
2b) I was in a faction in each major promotion I worked for. In almost all cases the factions were very similar in identity with one outlier. All the factions I belonged to had to do with where me and my stablemates were from.
    3) As part of a storyline I have been the subject of censorship
    4) Upon shedding my first persona I performed for the rest of my career in variations on a character that closer to home for me

      • Not him either. I’ll give it a bit before adding another clue. I think the next clue might be a give away

          5) I have something in common with Perry Saturn

                • Vito LoGrasso

                  1) Was Vito for most of his career, but was previously Skull von Krush, portraying a terrible German parody
1a) See aforementioned terrible German parody
                  2) Wrestled for WWF/E; ECW; WCW; and TNA
2a) was meant to tip the fact that the four major promotions were those mentioned above
2b) was in the following factions: ECW - the Baldies; WCW - the Mamalukes; WWF/E - FBI; TNA - the New York Connection
                  3) Censored...in storyline
3a) for wearing a thong under the dress he was sporting for a while in WWE
                  4) Once he took on the Vito persona it was a bit more in line with who he was, an Italian American from NY, rather than a weird German throwback
                  5) Wearing a dress as part of a storyline was something in common with Saturn

                    • 1 - He was never or rarely billed from his actual home town or country.
2 - Definite main event star, but more known for 2 midcard title matches on big cards.
3 - Used many catch phrases, including one that was eventually used by an even bigger star only a couple of years later.

                            • Billed from Glasgow, but was from Canada
Main event talent, but the Starrcade 83 and Wrestlemania 8 seem to be more fondly remembered than any of his main events
Used "the bottom line" as a catch phrase and title for his segments in the mid 90s, and the Ringmaster used that very famously starting in 96

                              • I wasn't sure if I was reaching on number two, but from a pure match quality perspective, those are his two finest performances, at least on a more national level.

                                Sweet.

                                1) I hail from a famous wrestling town
                                2) I took an L on two separate occasions to two debuting stars - both of whom would go on to hold top titles
                                3) I held three different midcard titles in WCW
