Pat Tanaka? I still can’t place parts of clue 3 and am able to conjure more links with Paul Diamond, but seems like a fit with the Hawaii connection to Steamboat and the fact that he was Diamond’s tag partner through several territories

My other thought was Chris Champion. He was part of the New Breed, and had a vaguely racist gimmick in WCW.

It was a Pat Tanaka. And for #3 I was listing off other "bad" wrestling terms, Bad News, Bad Blood, Bad Breed, so you could connect to Badd Company
