YES!!!

He won the WWF Tag Title Belt with Billy as the Smoking Guns, and then the NWA Tag Title with Bombastic Bob (Holly) as the New Midnight Express but it was recognized by the WWF at the time.
His Major WM match was a boxing match against Butterbean and was a celebrity match, that got major attention, by winning Brawl For All, which was created for Dr. Death Steve Williams to win.
