        • 1) I am not primarily known as a tag team wrestler.
          2) Despite this, my PPV record involves more tag matches than singles matches.
          3) I wrestled on both RAW and Nitro during the Monday Night War.

Has he ever had a PPV singles match?

            • A very good shout.... but didn't wrestle on RAW during the MNW era. His last match on RAW was in the build-up to WrestleMania IX. Otherwise he hits all the right notes.

And yeah, he had a bunch of singles matches on PPV - Perfect, DiBiase, Hogan, Kevin Sullivan, to name a few. But still had more tag matches.

                  • Bulldog's a hell of a shout, and depending on how you respond to the first clue might fit all three. But he's not who I'm thinking of.

Not X-Pac either, who racked up a surprising number of PPV singles matches over the years.

                      • Turns out he's closer than I thought! But not quite right, albeit it very, very close.

                          • I do not think it could be Hall or Nash simply because of when you do define the MNW? Nitro started in September 1995, and Hall and Nash left the WWE after the Curtain call in April 1996, and debuted on Nitro in May of 1996. And that is when I would define the MNW had begun. Nitro was not a blip on the WWF's radar until Hall and Nash created a whole new ballgame. Then and only then did the WWF change up its game to match the success of WCW and the nWo. And Hall and Nash returned to the WWE in 2002, long after the War was over.

So neither Hall or Nash wrestled for both WCW and the WWF during the Monday Night Wars.

                            • You should look up WCW ratings before Hall showed up. They were more than a blip on WWF's radar.

To me, it's obviously defined by Sep 95 when both shows started battling on Monday Night.

                              • The Monday Night War begins with the launch of Nitro. Pen is correct there, and I too would consider this to be obvious.

Where he's not right is on Kevin Nash. I meant that Scott Hall was very close to being another who would fit the clues, not that he was all that close to the person who is the right answer.

                                4) My last appearance for the WWF was a tag match, but it was not 2 vs 2. The same is true for my last match in WCW, though the match type was still different and this match was not broadcast.
