What was the memorable backstage moment? To me his face first plant in Rumble 2000 or his debut year was the most memorable.

This one is probably going to be considered a bit easy, but it's the Monday after a long weekend....
1) I held four different titles in the WWWF/WWF/WWE but am not a grand slam champion
2) I am probably best known for being an innovator
3) My wrestling name was not my shoot name, but it became my shoot name.

It’s Patterson.
I didn’t want to give it away too much with the mention of the WWWF but wanted to be intellectually honest in my description.
The innovation is tied to the Rumble in particular but he was probably the best finish man in the business for a long time. Also from a personal side I think he took folks out of their comfort zone in a traditionally macho business - he has been out to the boys for a long time.
Finally - born Pierre Claremont but legally changed his name to Pat Patterson
I figured it was topical with his recent passing.
You’re up Coach

Okay, let's see:
1) I worked in the NWA, WCW and WWF
2) I worked with the top stars in all three companies, but never a World Title
3) I was a member of two of the top stables of the 90s.
I'd imagine that won't be too hard.https://youtu.be/wue-ZFnEta8

Nope.
I'll add:
4) I had multiple different gimmick, one of which was an all time classic WWF gimmick.https://youtu.be/wue-ZFnEta8

No, but you are definitely naming all of the people I considered doing before settling on this person.
As an additional hint, they wrestled in both WWF and WWE.https://youtu.be/wue-ZFnEta8
