He played a lawyer or something in a promo with the undertaker in the mid 00s. WWE Branded PPV maybe doesn't apply to NxT, hence why I think he fits the criteria as well as the other clues.

The 5 star match was against Gargano, and he has a few 4+ star matches also.
Yes the WWE branded PPV was Survivor Series from last Sunday, all others are not WWE NXT, they are branded as NXT: Takeover, worded very specifically.
The 3 titles are ROH TV Champ, NXT title, and NXT tag title.
The Tag Match where he and Gargano beat the Revival was MOTY
And the PWI feud of the year was against Gargano
