My guess is that the match will be really good, but there will be some Dusty finish where Punk's first true feud opponent will run in to attack Punk causing the match to be a DQ.

That way Darby is protected by not taking the loss, because Punk is NOT losing his first match in 7 years.

OR....
Daniel Bryan

That could happen but they don't need to do that. Darby can lose clean to someone like Punk and still come out of this looking better - if they do it right.

AEW have made a point in not having finishes like that so while someone may run in and cause the finish the end result will be Punk pinning Allin, or Allin passing out in a submission. The more likely scenario is that one of them attacks Punk, and probably Sting & Allin afterwards, and then Bryan Danielson makes his debut and makes the save. Having said all that I don't see anything happening other than Punk just winning and then a show of respect.
