So on Tuesday I traveled from Wichita Kansas, to Philly. Upon arriving at my hotel at the AFB near here, I opened my suitcase and found all my xbox 360 games had been taken out of te cases and stolen. What kind of scumbag does that shit, they took the games and left the cases?

DO NOT FLY UNITED they take no responsiblity for the people working for them to not steal your shit.

I called the people and I have to fill out a paper claim and mail it in with no way of tracking whether or not it will ever get looked at. What the hell is that!!! I will never fly this airline again after this trip and will do everything possible to try and get thier military contract taken away from them.

I can understand my bag being opened for inspection but for some one to go in there and steal my personal items, and not to get anything more than fill out this form and mail it in is unacceptable.

That is so fucked up, I'm sorry to hear that man. If I ran an airline, I'd be checking every employee that could have even remotely been associated with the luggage in question. It is indeed their responsibility if employees steal someones property.
