This is one of a 26-part viral video series. In total, all 26 take about an hour and a half to watch, and there is an off-shoot set of response videos that apparently reveal more cluse as to the story. Its a pretty cool story in the same vein as Paranormal Activity or Blair Witch. If you've ever heard of the myth of the "Slender Man" its interesting.
A little rough around the edges, but for something that was made entirely on Sony Vegas I'll give them some credit. Apparently the 26-part series is only part 1 and there's more to come.
For those on Twitter, there is an account set up at http://twitter.com/marblehornets where the main character keeps you updated on what's going on. It hasn't been updated in a little over a month, but that's in line with Entry #26.
All in all, its neat if nothing else. I'll warn you to keep your speakers at a reasonable level. As part of the story there are some audio effects added in that you might not want to listen to on full blast.
EDIT: With regards to the Slender Man, check out some of the "picture of him". Its really cool to see what visual matrixing can make you think you see.
