Just simply:

Save it to your hard drive.

That should work to make any image your avatar because I just checked it using a wallpaper.

I had a little time to kill so I did something simple to try to fill your request...I have a few versions (they're all the same thing, just colored differently):

I did a Google search for your clan name and found an image you were apparently using with green, red, and white, so I went from there...

This one has all of the colors plus the character is darkened to make him look more shadow-like:

The second is for a columns header for a joint column me and BCR are working on, called "The boys from Aus". It would be nice if "The boys from Aus" could be on it somewhere so that it looks like it was spray painted on. Thank you and good night.

Preferably only people who have been in the first 7 seasons. I haven't seen the new one so no characters who were introduced in Season 8.

While I have no real preferences aside from that it would be really nice if it featured Todd and Dr Cox somewhere as well as others.
